Trim the stems with sharp scissors at an angle of 45 degrees, so that they can take in water easily, this will help them last much longer.

Keep your flowers away from draughts and heat. Away from radiators, the cooker, direct sunlight, draughty windows or chilly corridors.

Put your freshly delivered flowers in water as soon possible.Make sure the vase is clean, and the fresh tap water is about room temperature. And remember to add the flower food.

Change the water every 2 days, and also trim about 1cm off the stems to help them easily drink water.

And make sure that there are no leaves or debris in the water, as this can lead to bacteria building up quickly, causing cloudy water, and poor conditions for the blooms…
